What is the advantage of credit?
The first advantage is that you can give credit as a gift to your family or friends. The second big advantage is that you have 5 other payment options available for the credit in addition to credit card. These include Paypal, Google Pay or giro Pay.
Where can the credit be used?
The credit can be used on all Parknsleep parking spaces. Please note that you can only use it to pay for overnight stays in the appropriate currency.
Where can I use the credit?
The credit can currently only be used via our mobile app. To do this, download our app from the Apple or Google Store.
Why are there credit balances in different currencies?
Euro credit can currently only be used on pitches that are displayed in euros. If you have stored Euro credit in the app, it will only be displayed on Euro parking spaces. The same applies to pitches in CHF.
Can I give away credit?
You can of course give the purchased credit as a gift. Simply pass on the code you received in the email to the person receiving the gift. Once the code has been stored in the app, it is invalidated and cannot be used again.
What happens if there is not enough credit for an overnight stay?
If your remaining credit is not enough for one overnight stay, you can either pay the rest by credit card or buy more credit to top up your account.
Can the credit be combined with the Camper Card Unlimited?
Yes, you can use the credit to pay the tourist tax, for example.
